The pedestrianised Town Centre will be a go to destination place for Armstrong Creek and surrounding suburbs for visitors and residents alike.
The Town Centre will evolve Geelong and Armstrong Creek in a very positive way by design in accordance with the Armstrong Creek Urban Growth Plan 2008 and the amended ACUGP 2012 to include a 2,350 hectare area accommodating 22,000 dwellings and a population of 54,000 to 65,000 living in walkable neighbourhoods having access to public transport, open spaces, recreational facilities and plenty of mixed use activity centres.
