When a new Property is Launched; how important to you is it to get in early enough to select the property that best suits what you are looking for?
The two best times to purchase Investment Property are on pre-launch to the public and at the end of any project. Why you may ask?
- Pre-Launch—first in gets the better selection and more often than not a discounted pricing. In most cases in order to get some sales and confidence in a project the developer discounts before going to market.
- End of a project we find that developers wish to get rid of remaining stock and might discount at this stage as an incentive.
