National Rental Affordability Scheme
NRAS licences may well be running out meaning your time to Invest in a NRAS Property is almost over!
So far only 40,000 NRAS Licences have been issued Australia wide, and we are now at the tail end of the 40,000
The government are supposed to release the last of the 10,000 Licences but at this time have not … leaving investors uncertain
If the final 10,000 licences are issued they will only apply to properties that will complete late 2015 … meaning you the investor will miss out on 2 years of Tax Credits + Negative Gearing benefits = ie paying more income tax by choosing to wait
Please do your due diligence as not all properties with NRAS make for sound investment opportunities!
